Who We Are

Esther is a dynamic facilitator, trainer and mediator who is dedicated to community-based conflict resolution and encouraging the use of group process methodologies worldwide. She is a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) with the ADR Institute of Canada and an Honoured Fellow of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, with 16 years of experience.

Esther has worked with many public and private sector organizations and First Nations communities, engaging people in conversations to address complex challenges and shape successful resolutions. She ensures that people can discuss what needs to be discussed in a safe, respectfully environment.

Her collaborative approach and ability to ask the difficult yet necessary questions, makes her an effective process leader. She engages people, organizations and communities in conversations to address complex challenges and shape new strategies for collaborative partnership and successful resolution.

As an inspirational trainer, Esther focuses on delivering highly interactive, skills-based processes. She works closely with her clients to effectively respond to the needs, underlying interests and explore viable solutions to address the issues. Esther's strength is in supporting groups in working collaboratively through complex and sensitive issues towards mutually acceptable resolutions.
